Alpha Male Body Language

Women are largely attracted to men of status. This doesn’t mean that you have to be an astronaut or a movie star to be attractive.
It means having alpha male status or coming across as one. A lot things go into projecting this kind of image.
Things like your dress, what you say, and how you behave. But one thing above all else will betray you if you don’t get it right. This is your body language.
How we feel about ourselves and how comfortable we are in a social situation is given away by our body language. Women pick up on this immediately.
If your body language is weak, you will be seen as a low status male. You can have the best opening lines in the world but weak body language will do you in every time.
Weak body language includes:

1.) Slouching your head and shoulders down. Beaten, defeated people do this.
2.) Walking about quickly. Mice tend to scurry around quickly.
3.) Folding your arms. This is a defensive posture which communicates your discomfort.
4.) Leaning inward or towards a person when you’re conversing. This resembles bowing which is a sign of submission.
5.) Taking up very little space with your body or folding inwards when you’re surrounded by people.
Tips on projecting strong body language include:
1.) Having the correct stance. You want to keep your back straight and head up. Your shoulders should be held back and down. Your feet should be positioned at about shoulder length apart and your hands at your sides.
2.) Taking up space. Demonstrate ownership of the space around your body by taking up space. This means spreading your body out some when you’re around people.
3.) When you move around, do it slowly and deliberately. This gives the impression that you own the room. It shows that you’re your own man, that you do things on your own terms.
4.) Convey a sense of relaxed ease when you’re around women. Lean back and spread out when sitting down. Always focus your eyes on the other person when conversing, don’t be nervously darting your eyes about. If someone enters the room while you’re talking to a woman, you could care less because she’s the object of your attention. You know how a nervous person acts, so you want to be doing the opposite.
5.) Working out and maintaining a high level of physical fitness helps out with many of the points given above. Fitness improves the posture as well as self confidence. Athletes show a certain power and ease of movement when they walk.
